New businesses often need access to free and low-cost
resources and technical assistance. The Greensboro area is
home to many agencies who are affiliated with the Small
Business Consortium. Members of the Consortium meet monthly
and serve as a referral network, with referrals between
members, as well as with local bankers, accountants,
attorneys, business consultants and private fee-based
service providers.
