Our mission in the Leadership Greensboro program is to prepare and nurture a diverse group of citizens to assume responsible leadership roles that will strengthen and truly transform our community. Our members have a variety of roles, so our programs address leadership issues in the context of business, education, community and civic organizations, government and neighborhoods.
With enhanced leadership skills, each person helps their organization succeed and thus creates a stronger foundation for Greensboro's future. This program runs from September through May and graduates approximately 40–45 strong leaders every year.
Leadership Greensboro class 2012 will have graduation celebration on Tuesday, May 15, 2012. Applications are now being accepted for Leadership Greensboro Class 2013. Application due date is June 15, 2013.
